How we work, what we promise

Without question, a leap of faith is involved when you allow another person to help you communicate about something that matters. To make the leap as comfortable and angst-free as possible, Sodcutter offers the following promises to all of our clients:

 We will respond to your calls and e-mails in what you consider to be a timely manner.

 If we can’t do the job you need done, we won’t take it on.

 We will always provide you with honest, direct and actionable opinions and recommendations.

 Our recommendations will be based on problems you’re trying to solve – and never on solutions we’re trying to sell.

 We will listen more than we talk (unless you really want to hear us talk, in which case we’ll make an exception.)

 We will treat everyone in your organization with respect.

 Where money is involved – both yours and ours -- we will be straightforward and thrifty.
